First Degree Burglary, Sue Ellen Ct

Sheriff BJ Barnes, reports the Guilford County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a 1st Degree Burglary and Assault with a Deadly Weapon, at 4612 Sue Ellen Court, Greensboro N.C. The incident occurred on June 27, 2014, at approximately 2:30 a.m., when three black males forcibly entered the residence armed with handguns and identifying themselves as police officers. During the incident, one of the occupants of the residence suffered a non-life threatening injury, after one of the suspects fired their weapon. The victim, Wayne Anthony Richardson, was treated for his injuries at Moses Cone Hospital and was released.


The suspects in this case are described as: Suspect 1) Black male, 5'07", 120 lbs, short hair, between 18 and 25 years old. Suspect 2) is described as being 5'05", 120lbs, wearing dark clothing and a red bandana covering his face. The third suspect could not be described by the victims. The victims stated they did not see any identification on them that would indicate they were the police officers.
